Group Discounts
Groups of 5 or more get a $200 discount when using "grouprate" as their Promo Code. Groups of 10 or more get $250 discount when using "grouprateplus" as their Promo Code. Registrations are closely monitored for adherence to these guidelines.

Academic Scholarship Program
The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) is sponsoring the Summit's Faculty-Student Scholarship Program. This program will provide a scholarship for 10 faculty/student pairs. More information will be available as the 2009 event draws near.

Academic Discount
If you do not receive a scholarship, you are still able to attend the Summit with an education discount. Simply enter "edu" as your promo code and receive $650 off the standard fee. Available to faculty/students in higher education.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued, minus a $150 processing fee, if cancellation is received on or before July 21, 2009. If cancellation is received after July 21, 2009, but on or before August 21, 2009, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available after
August 21, 2009. Substitutions are allowed without penalty.

Terms and Conditions
Payment should be made within 30 days of registration or the registrant will be at risk of losing his or her place on the Summit roster.
