Registration Fee
$1395* (USD)
Your registration fee covers entry to the Summit, any breakout sessions you choose, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch and conference materials.

Group Discounts
Groups of 5 or more get a $200 discount when using "grouprate" as their Promo Code. Groups of 10 or more get $250 discount when using "grouprateplus" as their Promo Code. Registrations are closely monitored for adherence to these guidelines.

Academic Scholarship Program
The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) is sponsoring the Summit's Faculty-Student Scholarship Program. This program will provide a scholarship for 10 faculty/student pairs. More information to come.

The Red Rock Resort offers an "Adventure Spa," so come early or stay after the Summit for some kayaking, mountain biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, and rafting!


Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued, minus a $100 processing fee, if cancellation is received on or before July 16, 2008. If cancellation is received after July 16, 2008, but on or before August 16, 2008, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available after
August 16, 2008. Substitutions are allowed without penalty.

Terms and Conditions
Payment should be made within 30 days of registration or the registrant will be at risk of losing his or her place on the Summit roster. If you have questions or extenuating circumstances, contact Sharon Brown at 317-339-6205.

Dress Code
Summit attendees should dress business casual. Bring a sweater or light jacket as rooms can get be cold.
